When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use the app, we collect your exercise activity including exercises completed, sets, reps, and notes you choose to enter.
We use your information solely to provide the app's functionality — tracking your exercise history, displaying your stats, and personalizing your exercise recommendations. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google to create and identify your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
